What’s the best way to obtain more ActiveSG Credits?

To get more ActiveSG Credits, you must spend $10 on the ActiveSG app by purchasing something in order to receive $1 ActiveSG Credit.

For example, you may purchase a one-month adult swimming pass. (For members aged 18 to 54, one month of unlimited admission to all ActiveSG swimming complexes is included.)

You will receive $1 ActiveSG Credit for every $10 you spend. So if you spend $100, you’ll get $10 in ActiveSG Credit (please note that you can only get $10 in ActiveSG Credits PER transaction, according to ActiveSG).

You are also able to earn additional ActiveSG Credits by recycling old drink cans and plastic bottles!

What can ActiveSG Credits be used for?

Any ActiveSG Credit you have can be used to offset your total bill at Decathlon Singapore, 58 Burger King locations across the country, and more.

You can also utilize any ActiveSG Credit you have to offset your bookings for activities like ActiveSG swimming pool entrance tickets and ActiveSG gym memberships.

When booking table tennis and badminton courts, you can also get a discount using your Credits.

You may even use your Credits at various food/fruit stores around Singapore!

Great review of Queenstown ActiveSG Swimming Complex: “This nostalgic pool retains its 1980s/1990s look, and it’s just a 5 minute walk from Queenstown MRT. The competition pool here is different from the pools in other swimming complexes as there are 9 lanes and the two ends are 1.2m and 1.5m deep. (Most other pools have 8 lanes and both ends are 1.2m deep.) The water level is also a foot lower than the edge, requiring the use of the ladder or very strong arms to get out.”

Step 1. You will first need to download the ActiveSG app from either Google Playstore or Apple App Store.

Step 2 If you don’t have an account yet, select “Sign Up” to create one.

Step 3. Select “Retrieve MyInfo with Singpass” for a quick and easy way to register/sign up with ActiveSG.

4. Either Tap the QR code that appears on your screen (which will bring you to the Singpass app) or select Password login and enter your Singpass details.
