- Is there a minimum age requirement for kids to be allowed to ice skate? (Children must be at least 3 years old. Children ages 3-5 must be accompanied on the ice by a parent or legal guardian who has purchased a ticket.)
- Are there lockers at The Rink Jcube to keep our personal belongings? (Yes, there are lockers accessible on the grounds of The Rink for a $2 one-time, non-refundable usage fee. As an alternative, you can rent one of our lockers for $50 or $45 per month (for 6 months rental & above).
- What should I wear if this is my first time going ice skating? (To be warm and avoid injury, it is recommended that you to dress in several layers of clothing, long pants, and a winter jacket. To stay warm and avoid cuts, you must wear socks and gloves. To prevent abrasion from the skate boots, put on thick calf socks (ankle socks are not recommended)
